Stormtalk was created by Jim Bishop to enable Stormgasm.com chasers to provide real time updates on severe weather events, forecasts and even storm chases. It was also created as a way of talking about recent weather events, as well as interesting developments in the chasing community, and other things of that nature.  Visitors can now leave comments and interact with Stormgasm storm chasers, providing a more interactive feel to Stormgasm.com. Anyone can leave a comment, but all comments that appear on the site are first approved by Jim Bishop. This is necessary to keep the blog clean.

Jim Bishop is the primary web master and can be reached at stormgasm@yahoo.com. He has a B.S. in Meteorology from the University of Oklahoma.  Jim is a meteorologist with over five years of professional forecasting experience and over ten years of storm chasing experience.  He currently works as a meteorologist for a hedge fund in Connecticut.
