I took a trip to Mystic, CT today.  On the way back to Shelton while driving west on I-95, not too far past New London, we came across a strong thunderstorm.  It had an ominous looking shelf cloud.  Below are some pictures from the car..I know, I know. This is kind of a sad thing to be getting excited about, but I live in Connecticut now and this is all I have!

  1. Dude I’m not sure that was just a normal shelf. There were some tornado reports nearby your area.

  2. Nice photos, dude. I’m glad you were out that way on Saturday. I was at a friend’s grad-party all afternoon. One friend told me about the scenario in Eastern CT at the time. It’s awesome you were there and happened upon the weather. Good stuff!
