My friend from Australia, Ailie, and I (Jim) took off for northern Kansas after our Capstone class. Simon had to study for a test and such. The cap almost didn't break, but once it did a spectacular LP Supercell formed just to our west. A rapidly rotating wall cloud formed initially, but was undercut by outflow. We then got stuck in the mud..........and saw a large wall cloud on the cell at night (pics didn't turn out).

We stopped the car around midnight and took some lightning pictures as the storm began to slowly dissipate.
